Every feature, and why it matters

Nothing here is a feature
for feature's sake.

Every screen below exists because our own center needed it on a real afternoon. Each one comes with the same test we build by: so what, what does the owner get? All screenshots are the actual product (demo data, not real students).

Student tasks

“I meant to call them” becomes a checked box.

Every retention flag or note becomes a task with the reason written out. Complete it with an outreach note, and the follow-through is on record, who was called, when, and what happened.

So what: the difference between a save and a cancellation is usually one phone call that never got made. This makes that call impossible to forget.

tasks created straight from retention flags

Students

Walk into every parent conversation already caught up.

Every student's card: subjects, grade, last visit, full session history with moods and difficulty over time. Search by name or ID.

So what: when a parent asks “how's he doing?”, you answer with the last month of specifics, not a guess. That conversation is where retention actually happens.

Analytics

“How's the center doing?”, answered with receipts.

Attendance trends, session times, and every kiosk question charted over time, plus an AI-written daily analysis that reads the trends for you.

So what: you spot the week something stopped working, a level change, a schedule shift, while it's a week old, not a semester old.

And the quiet workhorses

Data import

Drag in your roster as a CSV, parents and subjects included.

So what: switching is plug and play, an afternoon, not a semester.

Evening email report

Who needs attention and why, plus what got done, in your inbox nightly.

So what: the system reports to you; you never have to remember to check it.

Auto-checkout & timers

Forgotten checkouts close themselves; session timers flag kids past their expected time.

So what: clean data with zero discipline required.

Configurable questions

Ask what you care about at check-in and check-out, per subject, in your words.

So what: the mood data measures your program, not a generic survey.

Your data, always

Everything exportable at any time. Leave whenever you want and it leaves with you.

So what: you're never locked in, which is exactly why you can trust it.
